At Sew Spoiled Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help!


Returns:

• You have 2 days from the date you have received the item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused/ unwashed, and in the original condition.

• Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.


Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If the item arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a refund. Pictures for proof of damage must be sent within 2 days of arrival to our email.
